Good Faith Disclaimer
Last updated October 5, 2026
Dr. James Q. Simmons prepares the material on this website in good faith. The aim is to explain health headlines and questions clearly, for educational purposes, using his clinical training and his judgment.
What good faith means here
He writes and speaks from professional experience and from sources he considers credible at the time. He does not knowingly publish something he believes to be false. Good faith is not a warranty that every statement is complete, current, or fit for your particular situation.
How you use it
You are responsible for how you use what you read or hear here. That includes decisions about your health, your organization, or a story you assign. The Medical Disclaimer explains that this site does not provide personal medical care.
Talks, media, and coaching
Descriptions of speaking, media work, and coaching describe the kind of work he does. They are not a guarantee of a booking, a press placement, or a business result. A request sent through the site is an inquiry until it is confirmed.
Corrections
If you believe a page states a fact incorrectly, write to booking@drjamesqsimmons.com with the page and the correction. He will review good-faith notices.
Outside links
Links to other sites are offered for context. Their content can change after a link is posted. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement of every claim on that site.
