Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information you give this website. The site is operated for Dr. James Q. Simmons.

What you send

If you email booking@drjamesqsimmons.com, he receives the address you wrote from and whatever you put in the message.

The request form asks what you are looking for, your name, your organization, your email, your phone number, and any notes you add. Those details are used to reply to you and to handle the request. They are not sold.

How that form is delivered

The form is sent through Web3Forms, which emails the submission to the people handling bookings for Dr. James. For an initial review period, the site producer reads each request and then forwards it to Dr. James. Web3Forms processes the submission in order to deliver it. Their own privacy policy describes that service. You can also write straight to booking@drjamesqsimmons.com.

What this site does not do

This site does not run advertising trackers, and it does not sell personal information. It does not ask you to create an account. A normal visit does not require your name.

Server logs

Like most websites, the host may keep standard technical logs, such as a browser type and the time of a visit. Those logs are used to keep the site working and to understand basic traffic. They are not used to build a marketing profile of you.

Social links

Links to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Bluesky leave this site. If you follow one, that service’s privacy policy applies from then on.

Children

This site is written for adults. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect information from children.

Your requests

You may ask what information a message of yours still holds, or ask that it be deleted, by writing to booking@drjamesqsimmons.com. He will respond to a reasonable request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it.
